The 8 Official HYROX Activities
Sled Push / Pull
Build explosive lower body power and core stability by pushing and pulling weighted sleds across the floor.
Wall Balls
Combine squats with overhead throws to develop full-body coordination, power, and cardiovascular endurance.
Weighted Lunges
Strengthen legs and improve balance with forward, reverse, and lateral lunges while holding weights.
Burpee Broad Jump
A dynamic combo move that builds agility, explosive power, and mental toughness through continuous motion.
Running (1km Segments)
Short, high-intensity running intervals that test your endurance and recovery between strength stations.
Rowing
Full-body cardio on the rower to build aerobic capacity while engaging your back, legs, and arms.
SkiErg
Mimic cross-country skiing motions to develop upper body power, core engagement, and lung capacity.
